At Therapispa, your satisfaction is our goal.
Should you choose to return a product within "7" days of delivery, we will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Final sale items, promotional gift items, and e-gift cards are not eligible for returns.
• Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment
• If the item has been opened or shows signs of use, you may be subject to a partial refund and charges for both original shipping
All returns must be authorized by Therapispa. You can email us at info@therapispa.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will not be accepted.
At this time, the original shipping cost is not refundable. In addition, the customer will pay shipping expenses for returned items. However, in case of an error from our end, customers will be provided with a pre-paid return label, and both merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
To ensure prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages lost in the mail. Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email.
